Agricultural Machinery Industry Liu Weihua: Large-medium-horsepower tractors and combine harvesters in the industry are in a period of high market saturation and market adjustment. As a result, the growth rate of gross output value of the agricultural machinery industry declined month by month. From January to May, the growth rate was only 23.16%, a decrease of 11 percentage points; the year-on-year growth of the output of tractors of medium and large horsepower rapidly declined month by month, and the cumulative output from January to May increased by 9.6%. In January-February, there was a decline of nearly 50 percentage points; the combined harvester saw a negative growth of -23.49%; the price dropped, inventory and receivables increased, and the inventory of large and medium-sized tractors increased by 69.54% from January to May. Accounts receivable increased by 34.48% year-on-year; benefit gains declined. The cumulative increase in total profits from January to May was reduced to 25.66% year-on-year, a drop of 13%. The agricultural machinery market has new bright spots in new products and some other agricultural products: 1. Rice transplanters have set new production and sales records this year. 2. The new combine harvester has increased sales. 3. Benefited from the state subsidy policy, industries such as agricultural product processing machinery, feed processing machinery, and small tractors have begun to enter the subsidy list this year, and their output value has accelerated. 4. The export situation of agricultural machinery has turned a turning point. At the beginning of the year, it achieved a positive growth from the negative growth of last year. It is expected that the total output value of the agricultural machinery industry will maintain a growth trend throughout the year, but the growth rate will still decline month by month, and the annual growth rate will be around 10%. Total exports will exceed 09 years. Other major agricultural products will maintain a good growth trend and ensure that China's agricultural machinery industry is showing a growing trend. At present, the subsidy for agricultural machinery purchases by the central government has not yet been issued, and the subsidy funds that have been issued have not yet been used up in some areas. The structural contradiction between the supply and demand of agricultural machinery products is very prominent. To this end: 1. It is recommended that companies accelerate the upgrading of old products. From the needs of agricultural production and the development of agricultural mechanization, the agricultural machinery industry should provide various new, highly efficient, energy-saving and environmental-friendly new products to meet the needs of different regions, different crops, different operations and different operating scales. 2. It is recommended that relevant government departments should increase research and development efforts, strengthen innovation, and continuously provide new products. The government gives support to policies, encourages enterprises to intensify innovation, continuously provide new products, speed up the adjustment of product structure, overcome the structural contradiction between supply and demand in the agricultural machinery industry, and ensure the sustainable development of the industry.
