China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's Remanufactured Power Remanufacturing Technology Remarkable Results
Recently, the Science and Technology Association of Jinan City and the Science and Technology Association of the People's Republic of China issued the "2010 Xi'an "Speaking and Comparing" event science and technology project evaluation results, "the key technologies and applications of auto parts remanufacturing declared by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group." "After reviewing and publicizing the project, the project was awarded the first prize for the 2010 Science and Technology Innovation Project of "Speaking and Bidding" in Jinan. Through the research and application of key technologies and equipment for remanufacturing, this project has initially solved the problems of lack of key technologies and equipment in the development of auto parts remanufacturing industry, filled the domestic gap, and the overall technology is at the leading level in the country. Through project construction, one remanufacturing demonstration line was established and completed, six common key technologies were completed, eight remanufacturing machines were developed, more than 20 papers were published, 9 patents were applied, and national standards were accepted. Nine projects were drafted, and the utilization rate of old parts was increased from 78% to 90%. Major breakthroughs have been made in the key technologies and key equipment for remanufacturing common innovations. Significantly increased the level of green production, improved the remanufacturing rate of old parts, reduced the cost of remanufacturing, and enabled the company to achieve significant economic benefits and social benefits such as energy saving, material saving, and environmental protection.
