Coal-fired emission intelligent accounting system enhances monitoring ability through acceptance

After the meeting review and on-site system demonstration, the appraisal expert committee unanimously believed that the results were innovative in the qualitative analysis and scientific accounting of desulfurization automatic monitoring data of coal-fired power plants, improved the efficiency of online monitoring data usage, and effectively improved the supervision of pollution source automatic monitoring. This achievement was based on the data of pollution process facilities (conditions) monitoring (hereinafter referred to as “condition monitoring”) of coal-fired power plants, combined with environmental supervision experience and coal-fired power plant desulfurization process models, developed a smart accounting instrument, and developed a The integrated management platform for the management and owner's optimization of operational requirements was applied to 47 units of 23 power plants in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The built-in data analysis model and expert knowledge base of the comprehensive management platform can analyze the authenticity and accuracy of the end-of-end emission monitoring data of thermal power plants in a qualitative and quantitative manner, and help the environmental regulatory authorities to verify the total amount of sulfur dioxide emissions and the accounting for sewage charges. The environmental protection electricity price is approved and the on-site inspection work efficiency is improved. At the same time, suggestions can be made to optimize the operation of desulfurization facilities in coal-fired power plants.

Main Specifications:

· The intelligent accounting instrument has embedded three mathematical models of 14 kinds of abnormal working conditions and models of sulfur dioxide generation and desulfurization efficiency. It can carry out intelligent accounting of sulfur dioxide emission data every hour. It can carry out upgrade of the calculation model and data back calculation. Can be stored at the front end and interact with the data center;

· According to the desulfurization system design model, summaries the sulfur dioxide raw flue gas and the desulfurization efficiency check list suitable for environmental protection management, including 60 sulfur dioxide raw flue gas flow meters, 60 sulfur dioxide raw flue gas concentration tables and 12 desulfurization efficiency tables;

· The application system integrates a stream data processing platform, able to store more than 5 years of monitoring data and intelligent accounting data, and provide visual analysis of abnormal conditions, providing minute (second) level data support for environmental protection and fine management;

• Improve the efficiency of environmental supervision work, reduce the number and time of on-site inspections of coal-fired power plants by environmental regulatory authorities, and reduce on-site verification costs by more than 50%.
