Construction and working principle of self-centering vibrating screen

The self-centering vibrating screen is also known as the universal hanging screen. It is caused by a vibrator with an eccentric mass to vibrate the sieve. The principle of operation is shown in the figure below.

The weight of the whole sieve and material of the self-centering vibrating screen is supported by the boom spring 4, and the whole system can move freely up and down, and is limited only by the constraints of the spring in the front, rear, left and right directions. A bearing 2 is mounted on the main shaft 1, and the main shaft is eccentric. When the pulley 7 rotates, the flywheel 5 also rotates. When the flywheel rotates, an inertial force (centrifugal force) is generated by the eccentric block 6. The direction of this inertial force changes every moment, and the spring is sometimes elongated (centrifugal force downward) and sometimes compressed (centrifugal force is upward) by the inertial force, so that resonance occurs, so that the entire sieve vibrates. The material on the sieve can achieve good looseness and delamination under vibration.
The specifications of the vibrating screen are expressed by the screen width (mm) x the screen length (mm).
