On October 20, German Continental Group officially started construction of the second automotive electronics manufacturing plant in Changchun City, Jilin Province, in the Jingyue Park. It is understood that the new plant is located in Jingyue Economic Development Zone, 11 kilometers from the existing plant. The total construction area is 109,200 square meters. The factory has a total investment of 300 million yuan, including production areas, warehouses, office buildings, laboratories and research and development centers. The construction of the plant began in the third quarter of 2011 and is expected to be fully operational in September 2012.

It has a wide range of R&D and production products, covering the Continental Group III. It is reported that Continental Automotive (Changchun) Co., Ltd. has 2,500 employees and produces key products for the chassis and safety system department, powertrain system department and body electronic system department, including airbag control unit, wheel speed sensor, and chassis electronic components. Engine Management System, Transmission Control Unit, Deka VII Fuel Injector, Rail Assembly, Regulator, Engine System Components, Electronic Alarm, Remote Keyless Entry, Passive Entry and Start System, Body Control Module, Door Electronic Control Units and anti-clamp window lifter electronics. At present, the factory's products are supplied to 136 customers in 58 locations in China and are exported to 73 customers in 19 countries.

4. The drawworks adopts a single drum structure, the main brake is a hydraulic disc brake (single or double disc), and the auxiliary brake is a push-disc (water-cooled) or clamp-disc (air-cooled) pneumatic brake.
