Recently, the lean manufacturing knowledge competition organized by the Olympic Bell Engine Business Department Party Committee, the first party, workers, and groups of the Olympic Bell was held in the factory's multi-functional hall. A total of 7 teams from all factories of the factory participated in the competition. The competition was divided into two stages: team competition and individual competition. In this knowledge competition, a number of lean manufacturing knowledge experts from Ao Ling Engine's functional departments or production lines emerged. The contestants showed a high level of professional proficiency. In 2016, under the background of vigorous implementation of lean manufacturing by the operating team of the Olympic Engine Factory, under the active promotion of the five principles of SME, the Olympic Engine Division's 2016 goal was one step ahead of the BIQ level, nearly half of the past. On the road to BIQ Level 3 certification, more than 800 employees from around the factory participated in the project and worked hard to establish a solid foundation for BIQ III certification of Olympic Engine Division.
