Secondly, without changing the conditions of the original process, the spinning port temperature is set to the same temperature as the spinning box, the freezing point can be reduced by 3 to 10 cm, and the elongation of the wound fiber is increased significantly. The nozzle in the process design is obvious. The draw ratio can be increased. After adjusting the process, it will increase the productivity by at least 2-3%. Thirdly, the spinning mouth temperature can reach a higher temperature than the spinning box body, realizing the new process design of “the relative low-temperature conveying of the melt in the pipe line, instant high-temperature spinning”. With these three major functions, many design directions related to product performance, product variety, and product types can be derived.
