He said that comprehensive consideration of cost, performance and other factors, the most easily promoted products in the field of China's new energy vehicles are large and medium-sized passenger cars.
Ling Tianyi said that for ordinary consumers, even if they enjoy subsidies for new energy vehicles, the purchase cost of new energy passenger vehicles after subsidy is still high. Although the price of large and medium-sized new energy passenger vehicles is very high, the proportion of increased technical equipment in the cost of the entire vehicle is small. At the same time, the fuel-saving rate of each passenger car is 10 paternity higher than that of private passenger vehicles, and it is easy to recover costs. In addition, the added weight of new energy buses accounts for a small proportion of the entire vehicle, and the impact on energy consumption is also relatively reduced.
Ling Tianyi also introduced that in the purely electric driven transformation, SAIC Group has established a strategy for both large and medium-sized customer-side and small-sized vehicles. At present, large and medium-sized passenger vehicles are relatively successful in this area. It is understood that SAIC Caofeidian new energy vehicle production base starts with pure electric buses, hybrid buses and other industries. After the first car was put off the line on May 25, 2013, while the 20 vehicles produced in small batches were delivered to users, they had recently received orders for 500 completed vehicles from Tangshan Passenger Transport Group, and the development momentum was good.
