The first-phase 100,000-ton/year caustic soda supporting 120,000 tons/year PVC project, which was built by Xinjiang Ili Nangang Chemical Co., Ltd., is progressing smoothly, and the civil construction work has almost reached the end.
Xinjiang Yili Nangang Chemical Co., Ltd. was established jointly by Nongsi Division SDIC, Nangang Group and Henan Yongmei Group, etc. The project is based on the calcium carbide project based on local resource construction, and extends the industrial chain to the downstream continuously. With a bigger and stronger coal chemical industry. The first phase of the project is planned for two years.
It is understood that the project has a total planning of 400,000 tons/year of caustic soda and 510,000 tons/year of PVC. After the completion of the first phase of construction, the company will continue to build the second phase of the project. At present, the bidding for the main equipment for the first phase of the project has been basically completed. The project construction is basically in line with expectations and is expected to be put into production in 2011.
