Finally, the quality of the solder joint deteriorates, which affects the seal of the radiator tube and the reservoir tank plate, the water storage tank plate, and the water storage tank shell, resulting in leakage of the radiator.

New radiators have improved radiators. This type of radiator uses a plastic water storage tank and the tank is sealed with synthetic rubber mats. Flanged edges of the tank were crimped with a metal strip with connectors. Plastic tanks are lightweight. Although small quantities are expensive to produce, they are inexpensive when produced in large quantities, and plastic products can be used to make a variety of desired shapes. The plastic water storage tank is sealed with a rubber lining potential without soldering. When the seal is bad, the pad can be changed without a set of welding equipment. Aluminum radiators with plastic water storage tanks are an improvement. There are usually two methods for the assembly of aluminum radiators: one is a purely mechanical assembly, and a hole is drilled in the tank plate, and the water pipe is inserted into the hole to closely fit; Brazing in vacuum or atmosphere. Lead-based solder is not used in both sealing processes.
