China's first crane UHV tower test was a complete success

A few days ago, the first base of the country used a foldable double horizontal arm jack-up crane to make a 1000 kV UHV transmission line tower successfully achieved. The test carried out on the 1000kV Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen UHV AC transmission line of the national key project was carried out by Shandong Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company. This marks an important step in the development and application of the new process of the 1000 kV UHV AC test demonstration engineering group.

The project spans three provinces of Shanxi, Henan and Hubei, with a total length of 654 kilometers. For the 1000 kilovolt UHV transmission line engineering tower height, tower weight and other construction difficulties, technicians repeatedly calculated the demonstration and test work, developed a folding double horizontal arm jack-up crane tower construction process, and in the construction of the No. 631 tower Successfully applied. The successful application of this technology has filled a gap in the construction of the 1000 kV UHV AC test demonstration project tower.
