Weichai's five products will match Bosch CRS1-16+Denox6-5 or CRS1-18+ DPF, while Europe 6 products will use CRS1-18+Denox6-5+DPF, higher levels of common rail system will enable greater fuel efficiency, power will be greatly improved. The CRS1-16 common rail system of Bosch is now widely used in China's National 4th Light Engine. It is a small, lightweight system designed specifically for the needs of the Chinese market. The high-pressure pump and injector used in the system have all been domestically produced. Chemicals, quality and price are all very competitive. It consists of four major components, common rail fuel injectors, high pressure rails, high pressure pumps and electronic control units. The working principle is that the high pressure pump provides the high pressure rail with pressure independently of the engine speed and fuel injection. The fuel is directly injected into the combustion chamber under the maximum injection pressure of 1600 bar. The whole process is monitored through the electronic control unit and completes one Work cycle. Bosch's national five-emissions standard solution is based on the design of the National IV emission system, optimizing the CRS1-16 common-rail system, and combining Bosch's efficient SCR urea injection system, Denoxtronic 6-5, to pass urea through pyrolysis. Another Five-Emission Standard for Bosch CRS1-18 and the "Euro 6" Emission Standard Solution If the Bosch CRS1-16 common rail system is defined as the light engine common rail system best suited to the country's four emissions, then the Bosch CRS1-18 must be the most common rail system in line with the national five standard because it solves the CRS1-16 common rail. The system needs to consume vehicle urea to meet the emission standards. In design, the CRS1-18 uses a new, economical ball valve structure injector with a maximum injection pressure of up to 1800 bar. By combining it with an electronic control unit, five injections per injection stroke can be achieved. Reduced noise and fuel consumption, and then through the DPF filter, easily meet the country's five emission requirements. There have been exaggerated assessments of the "Euro 6" emission standards, saying that the human body that meets the "Euro 6" emissions can directly breathe to describe the strict "Euro 6" emissions. Installation:
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.
Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 5-10 days for above machine generally.
Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
