"Intelligent Aseptic Detector Development and Application" Project Working Conference Held

[China Instruments Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the 2016 national key scientific equipment development key special project “Development and Application of High Performance Intelligent Sterility Tester” was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Zhejiang University, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, Zhejiang Tailin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Zhengda Youth Po Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and other related organizations attended the meeting. The Zhejiang Provincial Metrology Institute participated in this meeting as the subject bearer.

During the period, the scientific staff of Zhejiang Institute of Metrology reported on the implementation of the project and the next work plan. Relevant personnel of Zhejiang Tailin, Hangzhou Electric and Zhejiang University conducted in-depth discussions on the technical problems of VHP concentration detection, aseptic headspace analysis, intelligent incubator development, and the interface problems of various modules, and formed and determined feasible future research programs. The efficient and high-quality completion of project mission objectives provides a powerful guarantee.

It is reported that the project was established in June this year with a total budget of 45 million yuan. The high-performance intelligent aseptic detector to be developed will greatly increase the efficiency and level of sterility inspection in China and increase the domestic market share of instrumentation. It has an important market. Value and practical significance. The Provincial Metrology Institute undertook two research topics: “Spectrum-based VHP Concentration Real-time Detection and Calibration Technology Study” and “Smart Microbial Incubator Development and Automated Aseptic Observation Technology Research”, involving VHP concentration detection technology, and biological cultivation. Box development and research on aseptic automatic observation technology, and its research results are the key core components of the project.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene, also known as Pp Resin, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. Virgin Pp Resin is produced via chain-growth polymerization from the monomer propylene.As one of Rubber And Plastic,like Eva Resin,Pvc Resin,Pp Resin Polypropylene belongs to the group of polyolefins and is partially crystalline and non-polar. Pp Resin is in many aspects similar to polyethylene, especially in solution behaviour and electrical properties. The methyl group improves mechanical properties and thermal resistance, although the chemical resistance decreases. The properties of Pp Resin Polypropylene depend on the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, crystallinity, type and proportion of comonomer (if used) and the isotacticity. In Pp Powder Resin, for example, the methyl groups are oriented on one side of the carbon backbone. This arrangement creates a greater degree of crystallinity and results in a stiffer material that is more resistant to creep than both atactic polypropylene and polyethylene.
