Small pump diameter XJFB anti-biased thick pump developed successfully

The technical staff of the Linchang Oil Production Plant Technology Research Institute has successfully developed a small pump diameter XJFB anti-biased thick pump after hard work. The pump was applied in 20 wells such as Pan 28-1 and Xia 502-Xiao 5, and received obvious oil-increasing effects. In 2006, it won the second prize of Shengli Oilfield Science and Technology Progress Award.
So far, the thick pump has been used in the oil wells of the Linpan, Shanghe and Jiangjiadian oilfields in the Linpan oilfield, which are thick, oily, and heavily eccentric. The effect is very significant, and the average pump efficiency is increased by 14.5 percentage points.

At the same time, this new type of pump also demonstrates its power in high oil and gas ratio wells. Xia 502-Xiao 5 well belongs to a typical high oil-gas ratio production well in Jiangjiadian Oilfield in Jiyang Depression. The 44mm diameter XJFB anti-biased oil pump has also been successfully tested on this well, with a daily oil increase of 5.4 tons.
